Company authorities are: General Meeting of Shareholders and Board of Directors.

The highest authority is the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company.
 

Company’s activities are directed by the Management Board including:

Sławomir Wołyniec - Chairman of the Management Board of EC Zagłębie Dąbrowskie sp. z o.o.

He is a manager with professional experience gained while serving on the management boards and supervisory boards of commercial law companies, including those listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. He is a graduate of the Doctoral Studies (12th Edition) at the Warsaw School of Economics, in the College of Management and Finance, and completed his Master’s Degree in Management Studies at the Faculty of Management of the University of Warsaw. He also completed a course for candidates for management boards and supervisory boards of companies with State Treasury capital participation.

Since 1988, he has been associated with the following sectors: light industry, corporate debt trading, bulk energy commodities trading, construction, foreign trade, and energy.

Jerzy Nabiałczyk – Proxy of EC Zagłębie Dąbrowskie sp. z o.o.

Jerzy Nabiałczyk is an experienced manager who stands out with his extensive knowledge in the energy sector and related fields such as coal mining and logistics. His career combines rich practical experience with a solid theoretical background and management skills in diverse business environments.

Jerzy Nabiałczyk graduated from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow, where he studied Mining and Geology. He also completed postgraduate studies at the Silesian University of Technology in Human Resources Management, Entrepreneurship, and Career Counseling. He holds a diploma confirming his qualifications to serve on supervisory boards of state-owned companies.

Since February 29, 2024, he has served as Proxy at EC Zagłębie Dąbrowskie sp. z o.o., previously holding the position of President of the Management Board from August 2023 to February 2024. His career includes several significant roles in various companies. Since 2019, he has been a board member at J-Power, while also running his own business since 2000. As President of PKS Rzeszów sp. z o.o. and CZW Węglozbyt SA from 2015 to 2017, he played a key role in the development of these companies. He also managed PPK Pro-Stal and Huta Buczek sp. z o.o., and at Nadwiślański Węgiel SA, he progressed through various management levels, from marketing director to president of the management board, gaining experience in the coal industry.
